You must email us at shequestrian2019@gmail.com in the first instant to make us aware of your intention to return and reasons thereof.

 

All returns must be made within 14days of receipt of your goods. 

You then have a further 14days for your return to reach us. Failure to comply will invalidate your return.

Please make sure to include your packaging slip to enable us to identify the return.

 All returns must be unopened and in the same condition as they left our premises.

 Buyers are responsible for return postage.

​

 If goods are found to be opened/used on return, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund amount.

 No returns can be made for made to measure items.
